I made my first oil paintings. These were technically supposed to be part of a set of 4 but tbh I didn’t plan them out before I started painting so the trees are pretty different styles. I like them both about equally for what they are but I don’t feel like I can pair them together anymore. I am debating as to whether or not I want to go and add more branches to the right tree on the right canvas. HMMM…
These are also pretty small, 5x7 I think. I wanted to just get a little bit of fun practicing type stuff out of the way before I tackled something bigger. I really should plan out what I am going to do though before I just attack a canvas.
The paint’s on pretty thick too. It’s gonna take srsly forever to dry;-;
